I’m a fully qualified Level 5 Elite Life Coach, originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, and I’ve called Brighton home for the past 22 years. With over two decades of experience as a police officer—10 of those as a detective—I bring a results-driven, no-nonsense approach to personal transformation. My mission is simple: to help you achieve real, lasting change.
Having spent years in a high-pressure, male-dominated environment, I understand firsthand the impact of overthinking, self-sabotage, imposter syndrome, and the emotional and physical challenges of menopause. These experiences have given me deep empathy—and the tools to help you overcome them.
